The Project:
Create a second level above the existing garage to add another room to the existing structure. This involved taking off the roof and then building the second level, including extending the chimney higher, rebuilding the roof, and adding the needed support posts. Considerations were to obviously match the new addition to the exterior; create an egress to the new room and then complete the interior of the room including new windows and hardwood floors. The project took approximately 3 months to complete from beginning to finish.
