Your Budget

We're as committed to your budget as you are. Before we start any project, you will be provided with a comprehensive outline and associated costs. The estimate is based on your concept of your project along with related costs for material, labor and customary supplies used on your project.

At any time during your project if you decide to change the original scope and design of your project, a written addendum to your agreement will be presented to you or a verbal agreement for your approval so there are no surprises at the end of your project.

We understand that financial considerations are of primary importance to you and we will approach your project with integrity and honesty. We know that our reputation and your satisfaction depend on the way we handle your money and we will spend it fairly and honestly.

There will be NO SURPRISES at the end of your project... what we agree upon is what you pay.
