Our production schedules are planned to maximize time spent on your project. We plan interaction with your project to assure that we complete your project in a timely manner. We'll stay with your project, making every effort to meet our commitment to the completion date we agree upon, when we begin.

From time-to-time, there will be unexpected delays. If that should happen we'll tell you in advance. Our goal is to interrupt your lifestyle as little as possible.

WHEN WE ARE THERE, WE ARE WORKING

When we are on your project, we are focused and working on the task at hand. Tools and supplies are on the job so that we can move along without interruption. Other than lunches and minimal breaks during the day, our crews are committed to the end result.

PROJECT CHANGES TAKE EXTRA TIME

Should you change your mind about something during the project, we know you will understand that may add time to the project. However, if it does, we'll let you know how much time and how it will affect the completion date.

GREAT RESULTS TAKE TIME

When we begin, we'll give you a realistic time estimate for the completion of your project. Don't be disappointed if our estimated time of completion is beyond what you thought is the time it would take. Remember, each project is custom created to your specifications and quality workmanship may take a little longer than you expected.

We understand that every household has it's own rhythm and depending on the project we may have to ask you to miss a beat or two. We make every effort to accommodate your rhythm and eliminate the stresses that come with sometimes being out of sync with your rhythm... we'll appreciate your patience, but never take advantage of it.
